If you need to cancel your piercing appointment booked online, please note our cancellation policy: Cancellations made at least 12 hours before your appointment: No fee. Cancellations made within 12 hours of your appointment: A 50% fee of the service price will be incurred. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
