Welcome to Viper Pit Tattoo & Piercing Studio! Before getting a tattoo or piercing, please read through these terms and conditions carefully.

By booking an appointment or receiving services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Age Requirements
 

• Tattoo Services: You must be 18 years or older to receive a tattoo, regardless of parental consent.
   

• Piercing Services: Individuals under 18 may require a parent or legal guardian’s consent, and valid identification for both parties must be presented.
   

2. Identification
 

• All clients must present a valid government-issued ID (passport, driver’s license, etc.) to verify age.
   

3. Consultation and Design Approval
 

• A consultation may be required for custom tattoo designs, large pieces, or cover-ups. The final design will require client approval before the tattoo session begins.
   

• Any additional design changes made during the session may incur extra charges.
   

4. Deposits and Cancellations
 

• Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings. This deposit will be applied to the final cost of the tattoo.
   

• Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule their appointment up to 48 hours before the scheduled time without losing their deposit.
   

• Cancellations: Failure to cancel within the given notice period may result in the loss of the deposit
  .

5. Health and Safety
 

• Clients must disclose any medical conditions (such as blood-borne illnesses, skin conditions, allergies, or pregnancy) prior to their appointment.
   

• Viper Pit Tattoo & Piercing Studio follows strict hygiene practices and uses sterilized equipment. We expect clients to follow aftercare instructions to avoid complications.
   

6. Payment
 

• Full payment is required at the end of each session. Accepted payment methods include cash, credit cards, and other payment forms agreed upon at booking.
   

7. Artwork Ownership
 

• All tattoo designs, including custom artwork created by our artists, are the intellectual property of Viper Pit Tattoo & Piercing Studio. Clients may not use or reproduce this artwork without explicit permission.
   

8. Client Conduct
 

• Clients must act respectfully toward studio staff and other clients. Disruptive or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated, and the studio reserves the right to refuse service if necessary.
   

9. Aftercare and Liability
 

• Clients will receive detailed aftercare instructions, and it is their responsibility to follow these instructions carefully.

• Viper Pit Tattoo & Piercing Studio is not liable for any adverse reactions or complications due to improper aftercare or failure to follow instructions.
   

10. Photography and Media
 

• The studio may take photos or videos of the work done, which may be used for promotional purposes on social media or other platforms. By agreeing to these terms, clients consent to this practice.

• Clients who do not wish for their photos to be used publicly should inform the artist before the session.
   

11. Refund Policy
 

• Due to the personal nature of tattoo and piercing services, refunds are not provided once the service is completed.

• Viper Pit Tattoo & Piercing Studio reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
