The Viper Pit Christmas Wish Tree – Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility:
   Open to clients aged 18 and over. No kids, no elves — sorry.

2. How to Enter:
   You can enter in person at The Viper Pit Tattoo & Piercing Studio or online via our website form.
   Simply write your Christmas wish (tattoo or piercing idea) and submit it before 23rd December 2025.

3. Winners:
   Each member of The Viper Pit team (Chris, Rachel, Chelsea, and Abbie) will pick one wish at random — meaning multiple winners!
   Each winner will receive a free tattoo or piercing, up to a set value determined by the studio. Larger designs may require a top-up payment.

4. Winner Announcement:
   Winners will be announced after Christmas on The Viper Pit’s social media pages and contacted directly via email or phone.

5. Prize Conditions:

   • Tattoos or piercings must be booked and completed in January or February 2026.

   • Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash alternative.

   • Standard age and consent requirements apply.

   • The studio reserves the right to refuse designs or placements that aren’t suitable.

6. Piercing Entries:
   Piercing wishes can also be selected, depending on availability and suitability.

7. Fair Play Clause:
   Any rude, offensive, or joke entries will be disqualified — Santa’s watching, remember. 🎅

8. Mailing List Consent:

9. Agreement:
   By entering online or in person, you confirm that you understand and agree to these terms, and consent to your first name being used publicly if you win.
