Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms before booking. By paying a deposit, booking, or attending an appointment, you accept these Terms. Last updated: 11 August 2025.

  • A non‑refundable deposit is required to secure most appointments. It is deducted from the final price.
  • Deposits cover admin, design time and studio time and are not refundable (including change‑of‑mind).
  • You may reschedule once with 48 hours’ notice. Further changes or late notice will forfeit the deposit.
  • No‑shows or arriving 15+ minutes late without notice may be cancelled with loss of deposit.
  • Large projects/sessions may require staged deposits or interim payments.
  • Prices depend on size, placement, detail and time. We’ll give an estimate before starting; the final price may vary if the brief changes.
  • Payment accepted: card, contactless, cash.
  • Promotions/discounts cannot be combined unless stated.

We comply with UK law and local licensing conditions.

  • Tattoos: strictly 18+. Valid photo ID required (passport, driving licence, PASS card). No exceptions.
  • Piercings: Minimum ages vary by piercing and at our discretion. Intimate piercings (including nipple and genital) are 18+. For permitted minors, a parent/guardian must attend with photo ID and proof of relationship if requested.

Please inform us before booking and on the day if any of the following apply: pregnancy/breastfeeding; recent surgery; medical conditions affecting healing (e.g., diabetes, blood disorders, immune conditions); skin conditions; allergies (latex, metals, anaesthetics, adhesives); medications such as anticoagulants or isotretinoin (Accutane).

  • If you appear under the influence of alcohol/drugs, we will refuse service and the deposit will be lost.
  • We may assess suitability and reserve the right to refuse procedures we judge unsafe or inappropriate.
  • Design work begins after a deposit is paid. Minor tweaks included; substantial redesigns may be charged.
  • Copyright remains with the artist/studio. You receive a personal licence to wear the artwork. No reproduction (prints/merch/logos) without written permission.
  • We do not copy other artists’ work without permission; we can create a custom piece inspired by a style.
  • Arrive on time, clean, and fed. Avoid alcohol/caffeine beforehand.
  • For space/hygiene, bring one guest max unless agreed.
  • Abusive, aggressive or discriminatory behaviour = refusal of service and loss of deposit.

We may photograph your fresh/healed work for our portfolio, website and social media. If you do not consent, tell your artist before photos are taken.

  • We provide aftercare instructions; you’re responsible for following them.
  • Healing varies by person/placement. Outcomes may differ from references.
  • If you notice signs of infection (spreading redness, severe swelling, thick discharge, fever), seek medical advice.
  • Jewellery changes or down‑sizing should be done by us or a qualified piercer.
  • You must not rewrap your tattoo in anything if the second skin comes off - cling film isn't sterile
  • Looking after your tattoo is your responsbilty - you must insure your home has adaquet washing facilties to keep your tattoo clean at all times
  • Washing with anything that isnt specified by your tattooist isnt recommended
  • Tattoos must be washed in clean mains supplied running water
  • At the artist’s discretion, a complimentary touch‑up may be offered for small areas within 8 weeks.
  • Exclusions: hands, feet, fingers, sides of fingers, inner lip, or where aftercare wasn’t followed.
  • Touch‑ups don’t include design/size/placement changes.
  • We use professional‑grade, sterile jewellery (e.g., implant‑grade titanium or gold).
  • For hygiene reasons, piercing jewellery is non‑returnable once opened/inserted, unless faulty.
  • Please disclose all allergies in advance; we can’t be responsible for undisclosed sensitivities.
  • Services are non‑refundable.
  • Retail products: unopened/unused items may be returned within 14 days with proof of purchase (statutory rights for faulty goods remain).
  • Gift vouchers: valid 12 months unless stated, non‑refundable, not exchangeable for cash. Lost vouchers won’t be replaced.
  • 48 hours’ notice required to reschedule without losing your deposit (one reschedule permitted).
  • Late cancellations/no‑shows may forfeit the deposit.
  • Arriving 15+ minutes late may shorten/cancel the session with deposit loss.
  • If we must move your appointment (e.g., illness), we’ll offer the next available date; deposits transfer to the rearranged booking.

You’re responsible for your belongings while in the studio. We aren’t liable for loss/damage unless caused by our negligence.

Procedures carry inherent risks. By proceeding, you accept those risks. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing limits our liability for death/personal injury caused by negligence or anything that cannot be limited by law.

We handle personal data in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. See our Privacy Policy for what we collect, why, and your rights. We may securely store consent forms and ID where required.

We may use third‑party booking/payment providers. Their terms and privacy policies also apply when you use their services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at booking applies. The latest version will be on this page.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
