If you’ve been following us for a while, you’ll know The Viper Pit has never been about standing still. From Peel Green to Irlam, from a small set-up to a buzzing tattoo and piercing hub, we’ve always been levelling up. And now, our branding has too.
That’s right – we’ve got a new logo.
Clean. Sharp. Bold. Straight to the point. Just like us.
We’ve modernised the look, but kept the attitude. The Viper Pit has always been about more than ink and needles – it’s about identity, community, and carrying that Manc swagger wherever we go. Our new logo captures that energy while giving us a look that stands tall on everything from the shop sign to T-shirts, loyalty cards, stickers, and more.
Why change the logo?
Simple: growth.
We’ve outgrown plenty of things over the last 10 years – smaller studios, old setups, and now our old branding. The snake still slithers at the heart of The Viper Pit (don’t panic – he’s not going anywhere), but this update sets the stage for what’s coming next. And if you’ve seen the whispers about our new shop, you’ll know we’re not just talking small changes here.
What does it mean for clients?
Honestly? It means you’ll be seeing our logo everywhere – and we designed it that way. The clean lines pop on digital screens, the bold text holds strong on signage, and the style is timeless enough that it’ll look just as sharp in 10 years as it does today.
It’s also a promise. A reminder that when you walk into The Viper Pit in Irlam, Salford, you’re stepping into a professional studio that values standards, creativity, and community above everything else.
From Irlam to beyond
The people of Irlam, Eccles, Salford, and Manchester have backed us from day one. You’ve packed out our chairs, filled our piercing diary, and shouted us out online more times than we can count. This new logo is for you as much as it is for us – a symbol of where we’ve been and where we’re going.
What do you think?
We’ve kept it simple, so it hits hard. But we want to know what you think:
Do you love the stripped-back style? Do you miss the old look? Do you reckon it’ll look better on a T-shirt or a pint glass? (We’re not saying merch is coming… but we’re not not saying it either 👀).
Drop a comment, send us a message, or tell us when you’re next in the chair.
This is more than just a new logo – it’s another chapter in The Viper Pit story. Same snake, sharper bite.
