The Viper Pit started in 2015 as a spur-of-the-moment decision that turned into something much bigger. Eleven years on, we are still here in Irlam — growing every year, welcoming new faces, and doing things properly.
We are an independent tattoo and piercing studio built around good work, straight answers and a relaxed atmosphere. Whether you are coming in for your first tattoo, a detailed custom piece, a piercing, or Little Viper infant ear piercing, the aim is simple: make you feel comfortable from the first hello.
Chris is known for keeping the room relaxed. Expect proper advice, honest chat, plenty of laughs and absolutely no intimidating studio nonsense. We know tattoos and piercings can feel like a big deal — especially the first time — so we take the pressure off and make sure you know exactly what is happening.
Our tattoo work covers custom designs, black and grey, portraits, fine line, floral, horror and more. For piercings, we use a professional needle-only approach, quality jewellery and clear aftercare. We do not rush appointments, and we do not cut corners.
We are proud to be part of Irlam and to welcome clients from Salford, Trafford, Warrington, Eccles, Manchester and beyond. The studio has grown because people come back, recommend us and trust us with their ideas.
